Hello! I’m a Lebanese frontend developer interested in digital government and public-sector reform. I recently discovered Dawlati and BIND-Leb and would be very interested in contributing to projects around citizen-facing digital services, UX, accessibility, and frontend development.
I’d like to know whether OMSAR currently accepts independent technical contributors, collaborators, or participants in BIND-Leb initiatives and innovation sprints.
