Access government services in one place – DAWLATI is Lebanon’s new national portal designed to simplify how citizens interact with public administration. Developed by OMSAR, the platform marks a key step in modernizing public service delivery.
DAWLATI is launching its first e-services in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Tourism, with additional ministries to follow. OMSAR is proud to introduce, marking the beginning of a broader rollout across government entities.
At the core of the platform is the Citizen Portal – the functional part of DAWLATI where you can directly access and interact with government services:

- Track your requests through a personal dashboard
- Receive real-time updates and notifications on the status of your requests
